1. How much is the delivery charge?

Shipping to Australia is free for all purchases. We do not currently ship overseas.

2. How soon will I receive my products?

We send all products Express Post. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day, and those after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day.

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date.

3. What is the refund policy?
Should you have a concern with your product, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will organise an item replacement or refund if the product or its packaging is defective.

We only stock effective medical-grade products, but it is important that the products purchased are suitable for your skin type and concerns. We are pleased to offer telephone and skype or facetime consultations to assess your skin and advise which products are appropriate for you. This will ensure unwanted reactions from our medically active products.

Please note, you are not entitled to a refund if:

You used the product in a way that deviates from the directions for use - eg. applying more than the recommended amount, or more frequently than recommended.
You have changed your mind, but have opened the packaging.
You ordered the wrong item. We are happy to exchange the product if it is in it's box or closed packaging and in saleable condition. Return postal charges apply.
You found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
You may also not be able to seek a refund if you do not have a receipt or other proof of purchase

4. I haven't received my products - what should I do?
